I'M WORTH DEFENDING- [IWD's] mission is rape prevention, we educate the public, organizations, and individuals about issues related to personal safety on how to prevent rape.

IWD is a source of training, information, and support for people, primarily women girls and children, learning how to combat violence. IWD’s training is focused on self-protection and self-defense skills that enable women, girls and children to avoid, resist, and survive situations ranging from low levels of aggression to extremely violent assault.

Our focus is on preventing violence through education and training. IWD exists to provide responsible information, support, and training to women, girls and children who want to learn how not to be victims.
